Introduction
Diversity is life. Imagine what would happen if everybody were the same. If everybody in an organization strived for stability, change would have been impossible. On the other hand, if everybody only made supreme effort for innovation, it would be very difficult to manage everyday life.
In short, Diversity is about:

- The environment we are in and our desire to excel.
- How we see, value and appreciate those that are unlike ourselves.
- How we perceive, think and behave with others individually and in a team.
