Facilitation with Ease

Introduction and Objectives

Facilitation is simply about making things easier for groups in learning, solving problems and generating new ideas. Facilitation is a core responsibility of managers, project officers and other development workers at all levels. They need skills to effectively facilitate trainings, workshops and meetings on regular basis. At many times it is needed also in one-on-one communication setting. In this age of collaboration and co-creation, facilitation skill has indeed become indispensable to life of every professional working in the field of development and other sectors.

The objective of this course is to enhance the understanding of the participants about facilitation and to equip them with practical skills to facilitate trainings, workshops, meetings and people. The training will be practice-based and the exercises during the training will make the participants highly confident of facilitating training and workshop sessions in real life situations.

Days: 2 to 3 days
